This retreat is designed to provide a welcoming and supportive environment for those who are new to Dao and interested in exploring its principles and practices.
The retreat is suitable for people of all backgrounds and levels of experience, and no prior knowledge of Dao is required. Our experienced teacher and assistants will provide personalized guidance and support to help you feel comfortable and confident in your practice.

The retreat will be led by an experienced teacher, Alena Spila (Ma Antar Nirupa), the founder of ANTAR Mindfulness and Wellness School, Latvia.
Nirupa is a member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy (EAT) and a soma-oriented therapist trained in neo-Reichian bodywork therapy. With over 20 years of experience in Dao-Tantra practices and leading groups, seminars, and women's circles, Nirupa will guide you through a range of Dao practices including meditation, mindfulness, and breathing exercises. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the philosophy and principles of Dao and how to apply them to your daily life.
The retreat will be conducted in Russian with professional translation into French and English will be available.
